Grimaldi's Pizzeria is seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Bartender to join our dynamic team. As a Bartender, you will play a key role in creating memorable experiences for our guests while maintaining high standards of beverage quality and service. Duties/ Responsibilities Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks in a timely and efficient manner. Monitor guests' alcohol consumption and ensure their safety and wellbeing. Maintain a clean and organized bar area and ensure bar equipment is functioning properly. Adhere to all health and safety guidelines and procedures. Restock bar inventory as necessary. Adhere to all health and safety guidelines and procedures. Perform other duties as assigned by the manager. Qualifications Proven work experience as a bartender. Excellent knowledge of mixing, garnishing, and serving drinks. Familiarity with restaurant Toast POS systems and cash handling Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
