High-Volume, Fast-Paced Restaurant & Bar Xperience Kitchen & Cocktails is seeking an experienced, energetic, and hospitality-driven Bartender to join our team. We operate in a high-volume, fast-paced environment , especially during weekends, brunch, dinner service, celebrations, and special events. The ideal candidate is confident behind the bar, works well under pressure, maintains a positive attitude, and understands that great bartending is about more than making drinks — it is about creating an Xperience for every guest. Responsibilities Prepare cocktails, mixed drinks, wine, beer, and specialty beverages accurately and efficiently. Handle high-volume service while maintaining quality, consistency, and presentation. Provide energetic, professional, and attentive guest service. Maintain strong knowledge of cocktail recipes, spirits, wine, beer, and menu offerings. Properly ring all beverages and transactions through the POS system. Monitor guests responsibly and follow all alcohol-service and ID-verification requirements. Maintain a clean, organized, stocked, and guest-ready bar throughout the entire shift. Complete opening, closing, restocking, and side-work responsibilities. Communicate effectively with servers, barbacks, management, and kitchen staff during busy service. Maintain urgency while still delivering excellent hospitality. Assist teammates whenever necessary to keep service running smoothly. Follow Xperience standards regarding appearance, professionalism, attendance, sanitation, and guest service. What We're Looking For Previous bartending experience strongly preferred; high-volume restaurant or nightlife experience is a major plus. Strong cocktail knowledge and ability to execute multiple drink orders quickly. Excellent multitasking and time-management skills. Ability to remain organized and composed during extremely busy shifts. Strong personality, confidence, and guest-engagement skills. Dependable, punctual, and team-oriented. Ability to work nights, weekends, brunch shifts, holidays, and special events. Must be comfortable working in a loud, energetic, fast-moving environment. Knowledge of responsible alcohol service and NJ alcohol regulations. TIPS certification preferred or must be obtained as required by company policy. The Xperience Standard We are looking for bartenders who are fast, accurate, clean, personable, sales-driven, and dependable. You must be able to keep up with a high-volume bar while ensuring every guest receives excellent service.
