We're looking for a hard working, team first person to join our crew in a multi role support position that keeps the bar and kitchen humming. The Role This is a blended position covering barback, dishwashing, food running, and pizza support. If you like staying busy, being part of a tight crew, and working in a place with real character, this is a good fit. No two shifts are the same, and you'll be an essential part of the guest experience even when you're working behind the scenes. Unique position which is combination of front and back of house. Great opportunity for someone looking to gain experience and move up into a either a bartender What You'll Be Doing ∙ Stocking and supporting the bar — ice, glassware, garnishes, beer, supplies ∙ Running food and drinks from the kitchen and bar to guests promptly and accurately ∙ Assisting with pizza garnish and plating under the direction of the kitchen team ∙ Keeping the dish pit moving and maintaining a clean, organized back of house ∙ Supporting the front of house team during rushes and transitions ∙ Maintaining cleanliness and organization throughout your shift The Pizza Program Our pizza kitchen is run by Auggie Russo of Tiny Pizza Kitchen, one of NYC's most acclaimed pizzaiolos, known for his Neapolitan pies made with local ingredients and serious craft. Working alongside Auggie means learning from one of the best in the business. Schedule 40 hrs per week, Thursday through Monday nights. This is a consistent weekly schedule with weekends included. Ideal for someone who wants reliable hours in a resort environment. Compensation $18/hour plus 20% share of the tip pool What We're Looking For ∙ Ability to move fast and stay organized in a busy environment ∙ Team player mentality — this role touches almost every part of the operation ∙ Some kitchen or bar experience is a plus, but not required ∙ Comfortable on your feet for full shifts ∙ Positive attitude and genuine hospitality instincts
