Bartender / Front of House We are looking for an energetic, dependable Bartender / Front of House to lead the guest experience while supporting daily restaurant operations. This hybrid role combines bartending, front-of-house service, online and delivery-order coordination. The ideal candidate is hospitality-minded, organized, comfortable making decisions independently, and able to keep service running smoothly in a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities Bartending and Guest Service Prepare and serve beer, wine, cocktails, and non-alcoholic beverages according to recipes and service standards. Operate the POS system, process payments, and maintain accurate cash-handling practices. Monitor guest needs throughout service and resolve concerns professionally. Maintain a clean, organized, and well-stocked bar area. Follow all applicable alcohol-service, health, safety, and sanitation requirements. NY Lottery Quick Draw experience a plus. Front-of-House Operations Lead front-of-house service during assigned shifts and help ensure a smooth guest experience from opening through closing. Coordinate with kitchen staff and delivery providers to keep orders accurate and on time. Monitor dining-room and service-area cleanliness, organization, and readiness. Complete opening and closing procedures, including side work and restocking. Online and DoorDash Orders Monitor DoorDash and other third-party ordering platforms throughout the shift. Communicate with kitchen staff and delivery drivers to help ensure orders are prepared and handed off promptly. Check orders for accuracy, packaging, and necessary items before handoff. Troubleshoot order issues and escalate refunds, missing items, or delivery concerns when needed. Qualifications Previous bartending experience in a restaurant, bar, or hospitality setting. Experience with POS systems and online ordering platforms such as DoorDash preferred. Excellent communication, organization, and problem-solving skills. Ability to multitask and remain calm during busy service periods. Must meet all applicable age, alcohol-service, food-handler, and work-authorization requirements. Physical and Work Requirements Ability to stand and walk for extended periods. Ability to lift and carry beverage cases, supplies, and takeout orders as needed. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with frequent interaction with guests, coworkers, and delivery drivers.

Pay:

$17.00 - $18.00 per hour Expected hours: 26.0 per week
