Overview Dodici has been a staple in the community of RVC, as well as the greater Nassau County area for over 30 years. We would love to have you join our talented team to help bring quality drinks and service in to the community. With recent new ownership coming with experience working in some of NYC's best restaurants (Eleven Madison Park, Union Square Cafe, Lia's Pizzeria, STARR Restaurant Group), we are looking to bring a fresh and more innovative approach to Dodici. Responsibilities Prepare and serve a wide range of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages Have knowledge of classic cocktails, while also contributing to a changing, inspired, and seasonal driven beverage program. Respect the space

• work in an organized manner and treat the bar with a professional approach Restock bar supplies, garnishes, glassware, and beverages as needed to keep the bar fully stocked during shifts Be a team player
• support the service so that we can elevate guest experience Skills A willingness to learn
• we want applicants to want to grow with our business and to be curious about developing themselves as hospitality ambassadors Strong knowledge of POS systems such as Toast for efficient sales processing Excellent customer service skills with the ability to connect with both our regulars, but new guests equally!

Effective time management skills to prioritize tasks during busy shifts while maintaining high standards of service Familiarity with food safety protocols, food handling procedures, and responsible alcohol service practices We are really excited for this next chapter in Dodici.
