Pay Rate:
At $11.35/hour + tips Overview As a Server/Bartender, you will be the heart of the guest experience — providing exceptional customer service while serving food and beverages with energy, professionalism, and attention to detail. Whether working behind the bar or on the dining floor, your role will help create a welcoming and exciting atmosphere for every guest. Responsibilities- Provide excellent customer service and create a welcoming atmosphere for all guests
- Take accurate food and drink orders using POS systems
- Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages responsibly
- Promote and sell tequila, cocktails, specialty drinks, and menu items
- Upsell food and beverages to enhance guest experience and increase sales
- Handle cash transactions accurately, including bills and payments
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar and dining areas
- Support inventory counts, restocking, and operational organization
- Work closely with kitchen and front-of-house teams to ensure smooth service
- Follow all food safety, sanitation, and alcohol service regulations
- Manage multiple tables or bar stations efficiently during busy shifts.
