Ramsey's at Champion Hills Champion Hills Country Club is looking for fun and energetic people to fill a variety of our restaurant and bar positions to add to our team. We need Bartenders, and Servers for our year round food and beverage team. We will also be looking to add to our seasonal waitstaff. Some experience is preferred but we are willing to train the right people who understand the importance of great service and customer satisfaction. Our team's actions should always lead to the successful production of quality food and positive guest experiences.

QUALIFICATIONS & SKILLS

Part-time positions that requires schedule flexibility to work either days and/or evenings, weekends and holidays. Experience in casual and or fine dining restaurants and also golf settings. A true desire to understand and anticipate the needs of others in a fast-paced customer focused environment.

ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS

Accommodate special requests when possible. Remain flexible in serving the needs of guests and colleagues to create a positive guest experience. Assist the Bar Manager and Supervisors in creating a strong service and result-oriented culture. Being part of the team to achieve exceptional, high-quality results. Ensure compliance with sanitation, safety, security and emergency procedures. Always maintain a professional appearance and manner. Maintain a positive and professional approach with coworkers and customers.
