Responsibilities Prepare and serve cocktails, wine, beer, and other beverages with accuracy, consistency, and attention to detail. Provide attentive, engaging service to bar guests while creating a welcoming and upscale atmosphere. Manage bar service tickets efficiently and collaborate with servers and kitchen staff to ensure seamless guest experiences. Maintain thorough knowledge of beverage offerings, including wines, spirits, cocktails, and featured selections. Monitor inventory levels, restock supplies, and assist with bar organization and cleanliness. Adhere to all state liquor laws, responsible alcohol service practices, and restaurant policies. Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitary bar area at all times. Requirements Previous bartending experience required; fine dining, steakhouse, or upscale restaurant experience strongly preferred. Knowledge of classic cocktails, wine service, and premium spirits. Professional appearance and polished demeanor. Strong customer service, communication, and multitasking skills. Ability to remain composed and efficient in a fast-paced, high-volume environment. Reliable, punctual, and team-oriented. Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
