Position Overview As a Fine Dining Bartender, you will craft premium cocktails and curate memorable experiences for our bar, lounge, and dining room guests. You must blend deep product knowledge with speed, precision, and intuitive hospitality. This position requires a polished demeanor, master-level mixology skills, and a passion for luxury food and beverage.

Key Responsibilities Craft Mixology :

Prepare high-end classic and contemporary cocktails with precision, consistency, and beautiful visual presentation.

Menu Interpretation :

Guide bar and lounge guests through our extensive wine list, rare spirit inventory, and premium steakhouse menu.

Full Dining Service :

Deliver full, multi-course culinary service directly to guests dining at the bar top and lounge tables.

Inventory Mastery :

Maintain strict control over premium liquor pours, juices, artisanal garnishes, and high-end glassware.

Seamless Collaboration :

Coordinate efficiently with server assistants, food runners, and sommeliers to ensure flawless service across the lounge.

Cleanliness Protocols :

Maintain a pristine, organized, and structurally organized bar environment that aligns with luxury dining standards.

Qualifications & Skills Proven Experience :

Minimum of 2+ years of bartending experience in a luxury, upscale, or fine dining establishment. High-end steakhouse experience is highly preferred.

Beverage Expertise :

Deep knowledge of classic cocktail structures, modern mixology trends, global wine varietals, and premium spirits (especially whiskey, scotch, and bourbon).

Polished Presence :

Exceptional verbal communication skills and a professional, sophisticated appearance.

Speed & Stamina :

Ability to maintain poise, accuracy, and physical stamina during fast-paced, high-volume prime dinner rushes.

Scheduling Flexibility :

Full availability to work evenings, weekends, and major holidays.

Certifications :

Active local alcohol service and food safety certifications (e.g., ServSafe) are preferred.
