Responsibilities Greet guests warmly and provide attentive, friendly service throughout their visit Take accurate food and beverage orders using POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS Prepare and serve a variety of beverages, including cocktails, wine, craft beers, and non-alcoholic options, following established recipes and presentation standards Maintain a clean and organized work station, adhering to food safety and handling protocols Process cash transactions efficiently while balancing cash drawers at shift end Engage with guests to promote menu items, including food specials and beverage offerings, enhancing sales opportunities Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth service flow during busy hours, including nightclubs or banquet events Assist in beverage recipe development and mixology techniques to elevate guest experience Manage bar inventory levels, restocking supplies as needed while minimizing waste Uphold high standards of hospitality industry practices, ensuring compliance with food safety regulations and responsible alcohol service Requirements Proven experience in food service, bartending, or hospitality roles; fine dining or nightclub experience is a plus Strong knowledge of POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS for order processing and sales tracking Excellent customer service skills with the ability to engage guests positively and professionally Demonstrated proficiency in beverage preparation including cocktail mixing, wine knowledge, craft beer expertise, and spirits handling Ability to manage time effectively during busy shifts while maintaining attention to detail Basic math skills for processing cash transactions accurately and performing retail math calculations Experience with food handling safety standards and responsible alcohol service practices Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, or special event shifts such as banquets or catering functions Familiarity with food industry terminology and restaurant operations is highly desirable Join us in creating lively environments where great food and drinks meet exceptional service!
