Position Overview This is a hybrid Server/Bartender role designed for hospitality professionals who thrive in a collaborative, all-hands-on-deck service. We operate without traditional support positions such as hosts, expos, or barbacks, which means each team member plays an active role in maintaining the flow, cleanliness, and overall guest experience of the restaurant. The ideal candidate is proactive, detail-oriented, service-driven, and takes ownership of both guest relationships and their work environment. Core Responsibilities Deliver warm, attentive, and professional hospitality to every guest Greet and seat guests while managing dining room flow and guest experience Take accurate food and beverage orders and provide thoughtful recommendations Prepare and serve beer, wine, and cocktails according to house standards Maintain strong menu knowledge, including food, beverage, and daily specials Answer phones and assist guests with all aspects of To-Go orders Process and cash out guests Maintain clean, stocked and organized server station, dining room and bar Complete daily cleaning responsibilities before and after shifts, including but not limited to bathrooms Stock, prep and batch cocktails and garnishes for bar Follow all sanitation, safety, and responsible alcohol service guidelines Complete opening, closing, and side work duties Work collaboratively with kitchen and service team members to ensure smooth operations and exceptional guest experiences What We're Looking For A true hospitality-first mindset with strong guest awareness Previous serving and/or bartending experience required Ability to multitask, stay organized, and maintain professionalism in a fast-paced environment Comfort working in a fully engaged, team-driven service model Strong accountability, reliability, and attention to detail Positive attitude and commitment to maintaining a respectful workplace culture Food Safety Certification strongly preferred Cicerone Certification or strong craft beer knowledge is a plus Must meet all state alcohol service requirement Certified in TIPS Compensation, Benefits & Perks Starting wage of $5.50/hour plus tips $0.50 raise every 6 months for first 2 years for continued employment and performance Paid Time Off (PTO): Eligible after 1 year for 1 week (5 paid days)
