Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled & experienced Bartender to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for delivering exceptional customer service and creating a welcoming atmosphere for patrons. We require experience in high volume and fast paced bartending environments, and an ability to multi-task, with basic wine and classic cocktail knowledge.

Responsibilities:

• Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages in accordance with customer needs
• Interact with customers, take orders, and serve food and drinks
• Assess customers' needs and preferences to make recommendations
• Mix ingredients to prepare cocktails
• Check customers' identification and confirm legal drinking age
• Restock and replenish bar inventory and supplies as needed
• Maintain cleanliness in the bar area

Skills:

• Knowledge of food safety guidelines
• Experience with Toast System
• Strong hospitality skills with a customer-oriented approach
• Proficiency in basic math and retail math for handling transactions
• Excellent time management abilities to handle peak hours efficiently
• Understanding of the food industry standards and regulations
