You will be the individual primarily responsible for the guest's experience in the restaurant and ensuring they are satisfied with their visit. Responsibilities:

Provide our guests with quality and friendly service from the time they come in the door to the time they depart Take food and drink orders from customers accurately with a positive attitude Be knowledgeable about our menu, ingredients, cooking processes and daily specials with the ability to provide suggestions to the customer Utilize our Point of Sale (POS) system to input orders into the kitchen Collect payments from customers and process via POS Provide continued service throughout a meal to customers including ensuring food satisfaction, drink refills, clearing empty / completed plates (pre-busing tables) Clear and wipe tables after customer departure Complete assigned pre- and post-shift food preparation tasks including, but not limited to, portioning condiments, dressings, and desserts, rolling silverware, taking inventory, etc.

Qualifications:

Previous restaurant or customer service experience a strong plus Knowledge of restaurant and kitchen processes Strong attention to detail Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment Positive attitude and ability to work well in teams Must be able to lift 25 pounds They say imitation is flattery.
