This paid position offers $7.50 and hour plus tips in a fast-paced environment. Duties Prepare and serve a variety of beverages accurately and efficiently, ensuring guest satisfaction. Engage with guests in a friendly, professional manner, providing exceptional customer service that encourages repeat visits. Manage cash handling and POS transactions using systems such as Toast POS with precision and accountability. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, adhering to food safety and food handling standards at all times. Monitor guest behavior to promote responsible drinking and comply with alcohol service regulations. Restock bar supplies, ingredients, and glassware promptly to ensure smooth service flow during busy hours. Requirements Proven experience as a bartender in fine dining, or banquet environments; retail math and restaurant experience are highly valued. Familiarity with POS systems such as Toast POS for efficient sales processing. Strong time management skills to handle multiple orders swiftly while maintaining quality. Excellent customer service skills with the ability to engage diverse guests positively. Knowledge of food safety standards, food handling procedures, and responsible alcohol service practices. Ability to perform basic math accurately for cash handling and sales calculations.
