Position Overview Shake up your season with a bartending job like no other, where the mountains are your backdrop and every shift brings a new adventure. At Mt. Hood Meadows, we're looking for experienced, guest-focused bartenders who can deliver exceptional service in a fast-paced, high-volume environment while helping create a welcoming atmosphere throughout our restaurants. As a Bartender, you'll craft quality cocktails, pour local brews, and connect with guests from behind the bar, at the walk-up line, and throughout the restaurant. You'll keep things moving during busy periods, maintain a clean and organized bar, and help create memorable moments for guests looking to unwind after a day on the mountain. From après on the deck to a quick drink between runs, you'll play an important role in making every guest's experience a great one. We're seeking candidates with solid high-volume bartending experience, a strong sense of professionalism, and the ability to adapt to the ever-changing rhythm of mountain resort life. If you thrive in a dynamic team, take pride in great hospitality, and enjoy working in a high-energy environment, this is a great opportunity to spend your winter season at Mt. Hood Meadows. This is a part- or full-time, seasonal position Qualifications & Experience Minimum of 2 years high-volume bartending experience Must be 21 years of age or older OLCC Service Permit & Oregon Food Handler's Card or ability to obtain Lift/carry up to 25 pounds Must be comfortable with the changing dynamics of a seasonal business Available to work weekends and holidays during winter operations

$ 17.25 hourly +
