Project Pizza is looking for an outgoing, reliable bartender to join our growing team. We're a neighborhood pizza shop evolving into a brewery and taproom, serving our own small-batch craft beer alongside great food in a welcoming atmosphere. Responsibilities Pour and serve beer, wine, cocktails, and other beverages Learn and confidently discuss our in-house brewed beers Deliver friendly, attentive customer service Process orders through the POS system Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitary bar area Check IDs and ensure compliance with Pennsylvania alcohol laws Restock beer, liquor, glassware, and bar supplies Assist with opening, closing, and light cleaning duties Work as part of a small team to create a great guest experience Qualifications Previous bartending or restaurant experience preferred Friendly, energetic, and dependable Comfortable working evenings and weekends Able to multitask in a busy environment Must be able to lift up to 40 pounds RAMP certification is a plus (or willingness to obtain) What We Offer Competitive hourly pay plus tips Flexible scheduling Employee meal discounts Opportunity to grow with a new craft brewery and taproom Fun, locally owned, community-focused workplace We're building something special and are looking for team members who want to grow with us.
