Job Description
Overview We are seeking an enthusiastic and skilled Server/Bartender to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for mixology and providing exceptional customer service in a fast-paced environment. You will be responsible for crafting cocktails, serving beverages, and ensuring a welcoming atmosphere for our guests. Your ability to manage time effectively while maintaining cleanliness and organization will be key to your success in this role. Responsibilities Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to standard recipes and customer preferences. Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of the bar area, including glassware, utensils, and equipment. Provide excellent customer service by engaging with patrons, taking orders, and delivering drinks promptly. Handle cash transactions accurately using the EZ Suites POS system. Monitor inventory levels of bar supplies and assist with ordering when necessary. Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations within the bar environment. Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure seamless service during busy periods. Stay informed about new drink recipes, trends in the food industry, and seasonal offerings. Responsible for food and beverage service to Members and guests, adhering to the company standards of service. Comprehensive knowledge of the a la carte menu, including daily features and specials. Possess clear knowledge of all various liquors, beer and wines available at the Club. Take orders and fulfill them in a timely manner. Experience Strong customer service skills with the ability to create a positive experience for guests. Basic math skills for handling cash transactions and managing tabs effectively. Familiarity with POS systems. Excellent time management skills to handle multiple orders efficiently during peak hours. Knowledge of sanitation practices to maintain a clean work environment. Previous Food and Beverage experience preferred. Food Handler and Alcohol Server Certifications as required by State and City. Completed F&B Service Training. Excellent communication skills and articulate speech. Ability to communicate and follow instructions. You are comfortable working in both indoor and occasional outdoor environments.
