We are looking for an enthusiastic daytime bartender to provide an excellent guest service here at the Blue Knob Clubhouse! 3 years bartending experience preferred Responsibilities Prepare alcohol or non-alcohol beverages for bar and restaurant patrons Interact with customers, take orders and serve food and drinks Mix ingredients to prepare cocktails Check customers' identification and confirm it meets legal drinking age Comply with all food and beverage regulations Skills Excellent knowledge of in mixing, garnishing and serving drinks Positive attitude and excellent communication skills Ability to keep the bar organized, stocked and clean Must be able to work all shifts as needed (daytime, evenings and weekends)
