Responsibilities Prepare and serve a diverse selection of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages, including cocktails, wine, beer, and spirits, ensuring quality and presentation standards are met. Engage with guests in a friendly, energetic manner to enhance their overall experience and foster customer loyalty. Manage multiple orders efficiently using POS systems such TOAST, accurately processing cash and card transactions. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area in compliance with food safety and sanitation standards. Develop new beverage recipes and suggest drink pairings to elevate the guest experience while staying within established menus. Monitor inventory levels of alcohol, mixers, garnishes, and supplies; communicate needs for restocking promptly. Collaborate with kitchen staff and management during events like banquets to ensure seamless service delivery. Requirements MUST be available to work Thursday-Sunday. Proven experience in bartending within fine dining establishments, nightclubs, or similar hospitality settings. Strong knowledge of mixology techniques, cocktail recipes, wine varieties, craft beers, spirits, and beverage presentation. Familiarity with POS systems such as TOAST for processing transactions efficiently. Excellent customer service skills with the ability to engage guests positively and handle diverse situations professionally. Ability to manage time effectively during busy service periods while maintaining accuracy in cash handling and order fulfillment. Experience with food handling procedures and food safety regulations relevant to beverage service environments. Basic math skills for calculating bills, measuring ingredients, and managing retail math tasks related to sales and inventory. Previous experience in food service or restaurant environments is preferred; banquet experience is a plus. Knowledge of beverage recipe development and mixology trends to contribute fresh ideas to the bar program. Pay:
