Zen Social Lounge exclusively features Pennsylvania-produced spirits, beer, wine, and craft products in accordance with our licensing and concept standards, creating a unique cocktail experience focused on local flavor and regional craftsmanship. Position Overview We are looking for an experienced Bartender / Mixologist who is passionate about craft cocktails, hospitality, and guest engagement. This is not just a bartending position — we are looking for someone who understands cocktail culture, seasonal menu development, speed, consistency, and professionalism behind the bar. Responsibilities Prepare and serve craft cocktails with consistency and attention to detail Maintain knowledge of rotating seasonal cocktail menus Assist with cocktail development and creative menu ideas Prepare fresh juices, syrups, garnishes, and house-made ingredients Deliver exceptional guest service and hospitality Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area Follow recipes, portioning, and inventory procedures Work efficiently during high-volume service Maintain Pennsylvania liquor compliance and responsible alcohol service standards Help create a positive and professional team environment Qualifications Previous bartending or mixology experience preferred Strong knowledge of classic cocktails, spirits, beer, and wine Craft cocktail experience strongly preferred Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment Strong communication and hospitality skills Weekend and late-night availability required Positive attitude and strong work ethic Tipo de puesto: Tiempo completo
