Duties Prepare and serve a variety of beverages including cocktails, wine, craft beers, and non-alcoholic options, adhering to established recipes and presentation standards. Manage bar inventory, restock supplies, and ensure cleanliness and organization of the bar area in compliance with food safety standards. Process cash transactions accurately using POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS, handling cash and credit payments efficiently. Develop new beverage recipes and suggest pairings to elevate the guest experience while staying within brand guidelines. Maintain knowledge of current beverage trends, spirits, brewing techniques, and fine dining service practices. Collaborate with kitchen staff and management to coordinate food and beverage service during busy periods or special events like banquets and catering functions. Experience Proven experience working as a bartender in a fast-paced restaurant or hospitality setting, preferably with fine dining or upscale environments. Strong knowledge of mixology techniques, spirits, wine varieties, craft beers, and beverage recipe development. Familiarity with POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS for processing transactions smoothly. Excellent customer service skills with the ability to engage guests warmly while managing multiple orders efficiently. Prior experience in food handling, food safety protocols, and responsible alcohol service is essential. Demonstrated ability to manage time effectively during high-volume shifts while maintaining attention to detail.
