Job Summary We are seeking an enthusiastic and skilled Lead Server/Bartender to join our team in a vibrant dining environment. The ideal candidate should be flexible, reliable, & positive. As a Lead Server/Bartender, you will be responsible for serving or bartending while ensuring that guests have a memorable experience in our establishment and running the Front of House during your shift. Your ability to manage time effectively and maintain a welcoming atmosphere will be key to your success in this role. Responsibilities Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to established recipes and standards. Provide excellent guest services by engaging with patrons, taking orders, and offering recommendations. Maintain cleanliness and organization, including bussing tables as needed. Operate the POS system efficiently for order processing and payment handling. Manage inventory levels of bar supplies and communicate needs to management. Uphold fine dining standards through attention to detail in presentation and service quality. Foster positive guest relations by addressing inquiries, concerns, or special requests promptly. Experience Previous bartending experience in a fine dining or upscale environment is preferred but not required. Strong time management skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently during peak hours. Excellent guest service skills with the ability to create a welcoming atmosphere for patrons. Basic math skills for accurate cash handling and order processing. Knowledge of food preparation techniques is a plus, enhancing overall guest experience. A passion for hospitality and a desire to help create memorable dining experiences for guests.
