Overview:
We are seeking a skilled and customer-oriented Server / Bartender to join our team. As a Bartender, you will be responsible for preparing and serving beverages to guests in a friendly and efficient manner. The ideal candidate should have a passion for customer service and creating a welcoming atmosphere for patrons.
Duties:
Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to recipes and customer requests
Interact with customers, take orders, and provide recommendations when necessary
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area
Check identification of customers to verify age requirements for purchasing alcohol per PLCB regulations
Handle cash transactions and operate the cash register
Collaborate with other team members to ensure customer satisfaction
Adhere to all food safety regulations and guidelines
Upsell additional products when appropriate
Skills:
Proficient in food handling procedures
Experience with cash register operations
Strong customer service skills with a helpful attitude
Knowledge of food safety standards
Previous experience in a restaurant or bar setting preferred but will train
Understanding of the industry trends
Excellent time management skills

Requirements:
High school diploma or equivalent
