Responsibilities Prepare and serve a variety of beverages, including cocktails, wine, beers, and non-alcoholic options, ensuring consistency and quality in every drink Mix drinks with precision using proper techniques, garnishes, and presentation standards Cook and serve food items with attention to food safety, proper handling, and presentation standards Manage food orders efficiently while maintaining high standards of cleanliness and organization in the kitchen and bar areas Process cash transactions accurately using POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS; handle cashing out customers smoothly Provide excellent customer service by engaging with guests warmly, taking orders promptly, and addressing any special requests or concerns Maintain cleanliness of workstations, bar area, dining space, and kitchen following health regulations Assist in bar management tasks including inventory control, restocking supplies, and ensuring compliance with alcohol service laws Collaborate with team members to create a lively atmosphere that promotes guest satisfaction and repeat business Experience We are willing to train, no experience needed, must be 18 or older, by law, will also pay for online R.A.M.P course. Excellent time management skills to handle multiple orders simultaneously while maintaining quality standards Knowledge of food safety regulations and proper food handling procedures Demonstrated ability to deliver exceptional customer service with positive communication skills Basic math skills for retail math calculations related to sales and cash handling We are a laid back, fun loving bar, looking for an enthusiastic person to join our team! Weekends and nights are a must.
