Job Summary We are seeking an enthusiastic and professional Bartender/Server to join our dynamic hospitality team. The ideal candidate will deliver exceptional customer service in a fast-paced environment, ensuring guests have a memorable experience. This role involves preparing and serving beverages and food, managing orders efficiently, and maintaining a welcoming atmosphere. Should have Experience in fine dining, nightclubs, or banquet settings is preferred, along with proficiency in POS systems such as Aloha and Micros. A strong background in food safety, hospitality, and retail math will contribute to success in this position. Responsibilities Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages accurately using POS systems like Aloha and Micros Take food and drink orders from guests promptly and courteously Ensure proper food handling and safety standards are maintained at all times Manage cash handling and cashiering duties efficiently while maintaining accuracy Provide excellent customer service to enhance guest satisfaction Maintain cleanliness of bar and dining areas according to health regulations Assist with catering, banquet service, or nightclub events as needed Manage time effectively during busy hours to serve multiple tables or bar patrons simultaneously Upsell menu items to maximize sales opportunities Handle guest inquiries professionally, creating a welcoming environment for all patrons Skills Proficiency with POS systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS Strong time management skills to handle multiple tables or bar orders efficiently Excellent customer service skills with a friendly, approachable demeanor Previous experience in fine dining, nightclubs, banquets, or food service environments preferred Knowledge of food safety standards and proper food handling procedures Basic math skills for cash handling, retail math, and calculating bills or tips accurately Ability to work in a fast-paced hospitality setting while maintaining professionalism Should have 3-4 year Experienc e with brewing or beverage preparation is a plus Strong communication skills to coordinate with kitchen staff and team members effectively Join our team to provide outstanding service in a vibrant setting where your hospitality skills can shine!
