Duties Prepare and serve a variety of beverages including cocktails, spirits, wine, beer, and non-alcoholic options according to established recipes and customer preferences Engage with guests in a friendly, professional manner to enhance their experience and promote beverage sales Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, ensuring compliance with food safety and sanitation standards Process cash transactions accurately using POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS; handle cash handling and cashiering responsibilities efficiently Develop new beverage recipes and suggest drink pairings to elevate guest satisfaction and encourage repeat business Manage bar inventory, restock supplies, and monitor stock levels to prevent shortages during busy hours Collaborate with restaurant staff to coordinate service flow during events like banquets or catering functions in nightclub or fine dining settings Qualifications Proven experience as a bartender with a strong background in mixology, spirits knowledge, and cocktail creation Familiarity with POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS; proficient in processing cash transactions and cashiering tasks Excellent customer service skills with the ability to engage guests positively and handle diverse clientele Knowledge of food safety standards, food handling procedures, and proper sanitation practices in food service environments Experience working in fine dining establishments, nightclubs, or banquet settings is highly desirable Strong time management skills to prioritize tasks during high-volume periods while maintaining quality service Basic math skills for accurate cash handling, retail math understanding for inventory management, and beverage recipe calculations Join us to be part of a lively team where your bartending expertise will thrive!
