Shifts include nights, weekends, and holidays based on business demands. Schedule variations will be communicated in advance. Position Summary Love bartending and creating unforgettable guest experiences? Join our crew aboard our scenic passenger vessel and serve great drinks, exceptional hospitality, and incredible skyline views. What You'll Do Prepare and serve high-quality beverages accurately and consistently. Provide fast, friendly service to guests and coworkers throughout each cruise. Set up, stock, maintain, and clean the bar and service areas. Take orders, process payments, and use the point-of-sale system accurately. Share beverage knowledge and provide information about menus, entertainment, cruise routes, and points of interest. Follow safety and service standards while helping create a welcoming atmosphere. What We're Looking For High School Diploma or equivalent required. At least 1 year of bartending experience required. Strong knowledge of beverage recipes and preparation. Excellent customer service, communication, and teamwork skills. Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced environment. Professional appearance and ability to meet grooming standards. Comfortable working nights, weekends, holidays, and changing schedules. The Experience This is more than a bartending job - it is hospitality with a view. Work aboard a moving vessel while helping guests enjoy memorable moments on the water. Must be comfortable standing for extended periods, navigating stairs and decks, lifting up to 40 pounds, and completing vessel safety training.
