Job Summary We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Bartender to join our team at the Vintage Tavern. The ideal candidate will possess a passion for delivering exceptional customer service in a fast-paced environment. As a Bartender, you'll help to ensure guests receive top-notch service while maintaining the highest standards of food safety and quality. Responsibilities Take orders, Mix drinks and provide exceptional customer experiences Manage cash handling procedures, including cashiering and ensuring accurate transactions. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area, kitchen, and service stations. Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and proper food handling practices. Assist in managing inventory levels and placing orders as necessary for food and supplies. Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback with professionalism to enhance guest satisfaction. Experience Bartending experience 2+ years is preferred. Knowledge of food safety standards, catering services, banquet experience, and retail math is beneficial. Excellent customer service skills with a focus on creating memorable dining experiences for guests. Basic math skills are required for cash handling and inventory management tasks.
