This position offers 2-3 shifts per week, mainly nights and weekends (both day and night shift). Experience in bartending, pool leagues, and dart leagues is strongly preferred.

• Prepare and serve a wide range of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages with precision, adhering to recipes and presentation standards.
• Engage with guests in a friendly, energetic manner, providing excellent customer service that enhances their overall experience.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area ensuring compliance with food safety and sanitation standards at all times.
• Manage cash handling and POS transactions by accurately processing orders and payments.
• Monitor guest consumption responsibly, recognizing signs of intoxication and taking appropriate actions to ensure safety.
• Restock bar supplies efficiently during shifts, including alcohol, mixers, garnishes, and glassware.
• Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure all food orders meet quality standards.
• Demonstrate strong time management skills to handle multiple tables or bar stations simultaneously while maintaining high-quality service.
• Promote sales by recommending specialty drinks or promotions to enhance guest satisfaction and increase revenue.

Skills Familiarity with POS systems. Excellent customer service skills with the ability to engage guests warmly while maintaining professionalism under pressure. Strong knowledge of food handling procedures and alcohol serving regulations. Ability to manage time effectively in fast-paced environment. Basic math skills for cash handling, billing accuracy, and retail math calculations related to sales transactions. Exceptional communication skills to coordinate seamlessly with team members across various service areas. Experience in a small neighborhood bar and grill is preferred. Ability to work effectively as part of a team. Ability to work independently and make decisions in the best interest of the establishment.

Pay:

$7.25 - $30.00 per hour Expected hours: 8.0 - 24.0 per week
