Overview We are seeking an experienced and knowledgeable Bartender to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for mixology, excellent customer service skills, and a strong understanding of wine. This role involves creating a welcoming atmosphere for guests while expertly preparing and serving a variety of beverages, including wine selections. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring an exceptional bar experience that encourages repeat patronage and enhances our establishment's reputation. Duties Prepare and serve a wide range of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages, with a particular emphasis on wine knowledge. Provide personalized recommendations to guests based on their preferences and our wine offerings. Maintain a clean, organized, and well-stocked bar area to ensure efficient service. Engage with customers in a friendly, professional manner to create a positive atmosphere. Monitor guest consumption to promote responsible drinking and ensure safety. Follow all health and safety regulations, including proper handling of alcohol and cleanliness standards. Collaborate with team members to deliver seamless service during busy periods. Keep up-to-date with current trends in mixology and wine selections to enhance the guest experience. Qualifications Proven experience as a bartender in a fast-paced environment. Strong knowledge of wines, including different varieties, regions, and serving techniques. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills. Ability to multitask efficiently while maintaining attention to detail. Knowledge of health and safety regulations related to alcohol service. Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required. Professional appearance and positive attitude.
