In this role, you will craft and serve a wide variety of beverages, provide exceptional customer service, and ensure a lively, welcoming atmosphere. Your expertise in mixology, beverage presentation, and food service will be key to elevating our guests' experience. Duties Prepare and serve a diverse selection of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages with precision and flair, including cocktails, wine, craft beers, and spirits. Engage with guests in a friendly, energetic manner to create a lively and enjoyable atmosphere. Manage POS systems such as Toast POS for processing cash transactions accurately and efficiently. Develop new beverage recipes and enhance existing ones to keep the menu fresh and exciting. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area in compliance with food safety standards and health regulations. Handle cashing out guests, processing payments, and balancing registers at the end of each shift. Collaborate with kitchen staff to coordinate food and beverage service during busy hours. Requirements Proven experience in bartending within fine dining or hospitality settings, with strong cocktail making skills. Knowledge of POS systems including Toast POS; ability to process transactions accurately. Demonstrated expertise in mixology, beverage recipe development, wine knowledge, and spirits handling. Excellent customer service skills with the ability to engage guests positively and handle challenging situations professionally. Strong time management skills to prioritize tasks efficiently during high-volume periods. Food safety certification o knowledge of proper food handling procedures is preferred. Previous experience with retail math, cash handling, or cashiering is advantageous. Ability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
