Responsibilities Greet guests warmly, take food and beverage orders accurately, and serve with enthusiasm in a timely manner. Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages, including cocktails, beer, wine, and specialty drinks, adhering to all food safety and alcohol service regulations. Operate POS systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS to process orders, payments, and cash handling efficiently. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area and dining space, ensuring compliance with food safety standards. Manage multiple tables or bar stations simultaneously while providing attentive customer service. Upsell menu items to enhance guest experience and maximize sales opportunities. Handle cash transactions accurately, perform basic math calculations for bills, tips, and change, and ensure proper cashiering procedures are followed. Assist with catering events or banquet service when needed, demonstrating versatility across various food service environments. Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations during busy nights at nightclubs or special events like banquets. Qualifications Proven experience in food service or hospitality roles, preferably with fine dining experience or nightclub background. Familiarity with POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS is highly desirable. Strong time management skills to prioritize tasks efficiently during high-volume periods. Excellent customer service skills with a friendly, energetic attitude that fosters guest loyalty. Knowledge of food safety standards and proper food handling procedures. Ability to perform basic math accurately for cash handling and retail math calculations. Previous experience working in catering or banquet settings is a plus.
