Duties Prepare and serve a variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages accurately and efficiently using POS systems such as Squirrel POS. Engage with guests in a friendly, professional manner, ensuring their needs are met promptly and courteously. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, adhering to food safety and food handling standards at all times. Manage cash handling responsibilities, including processing payments, giving correct change, and balancing registers at shift end. Assist with catering, banquet service, or special events by serving drinks and ensuring smooth operations. Monitor guest consumption responsibly, identify signs of intoxication, and follow appropriate serving protocols. Support team members with food service duties when needed, demonstrating flexibility in a dynamic environment. Experience Previous bartending experience in hospitality settings is highly preferred. Familiarity with POS systems such as Squirrel POS is advantageous. Strong time management skills to handle multiple orders efficiently during busy periods. Proven customer service skills with the ability to create a welcoming atmosphere for diverse guests. Experience in food safety practices, food handling, and basic math for cash handling and retail math calculations. Knowledge of brewing techniques or beverage crafting is a plus.
