Manage POS systems such as Toast POS and Micros POS for order processing, payments, and cash handling with precision. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, adhering to food safety and sanitation standards at all times. Handle cash transactions accurately, including cashiering duties and basic math calculations for bills and tips. Support food service operations by serving snacks or light meals when required, ensuring timely delivery. Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations during busy nights, including nightclub events or banquet functions. Requirements Proven experience in bartending or food service within the hospitality industry; fine dining or nightclub experience is highly desirable. Strong knowledge of POS systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS; previous cashiering or cash handling experience is preferred. Excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks efficiently during high-volume periods. Exceptional customer service skills with the ability to connect with diverse guests and handle challenging situations professionally. Knowledge of food safety standards and proper food handling procedures to ensure guest safety. Ability to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and special event nights like sports games or banquets. Basic math skills for accurate billing, retail math understanding for sales upselling opportunities, and cash management.
