Bar Manager/Shift Lead - Family-Owned, Fast-Paced, Growing Team We're looking for a compassionate, motivated Bar Manager to join our family-owned, fast-paced restaurant. As our Bar Manager, you'll play a key role in leading daily operations, crafting cocktails, supporting our staff, and ensuring every guest leaves with a smile. What You'll Do:

Lead shifts and supervise front house staff Ensure excellent customer service and resolve guest issues professionally Open and close the bar, handle cash drawers, and complete end-of-shift reports Maintain cleanliness, organization, and safety standards Assist with inventory, ordering, and vendor coordination Enforce company policies and alcohol service laws Handle guest feedback with care Help drive sales through upselling, promotions, and team motivation

What We're Looking For:

Qualifications:

Bartending or bar leadership experience preferred, serving is a plus! Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills Knowledge of cocktails, beer, wine, and bar operations Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced environment Reliable, punctual, and professional Must be 21+ and able to obtain required alcohol service certification Strong leadership and communication skills Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, family-oriented environment Compassionate approach to both team members and guests Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
