In this energetic role, you will be the heartbeat of the bar experience, ensuring smooth operations and exceptional customer service. You'll assist bartenders by maintaining a clean and organized bar area, restocking supplies, and supporting beverage service. Duties Support bartenders by preparing garnishes, ice, and bar tools to ensure efficient drink service Restock and organize bar supplies, including alcohol, mixers, glassware, and utensils Maintain cleanliness of the bar area through regular cleaning, bar cleaning, and sanitation procedures Buss tables and clear empty glasses or dishes to keep the venue tidy and inviting Assist with food preparation and food service bar safety compliance as needed Handle manual tasks such as heavy lifting of supplies or equipment in accordance with safety standards Operate POS systems (Point of Sale) for cash handling, order processing, and transaction accuracy Ensure adherence to venue beverage service protocols and health regulations at all times Requirements Prior experience in food service, restaurant, or bar environments is highly preferred Knowledge of bar experience, bartending techniques, and venue beverage service standards Strong communication skills to interact positively with guests and team members Ability to perform manual handling tasks including heavy lifting of supplies or equipment safely Familiarity with POS systems such as Micros POS or similar platforms for order management Experience with food industry safety protocols, catering or banquet experience is a plus Basic math skills for cash handling and transaction accuracy Commitment to maintaining cleanliness through cleaning routines like bar cleaning and general sanitation procedures Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, or holidays as required Join us in creating memorable experiences for our guests!
