Responsibilities Prepare and serve a variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages, including cocktails, wine, beer, and spirits, following established recipes and presentation standards Engage with guests to understand their preferences and recommend beverage options that enhance their experience Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, ensuring compliance with food safety and sanitation standards Process cash and card transactions accurately using POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS Manage bar inventory by monitoring stock levels, restocking supplies, and assisting with beverage recipe development to introduce new offerings Uphold responsible alcohol service policies by checking IDs and monitoring guest consumption to ensure safety Collaborate with kitchen staff and management to coordinate food and beverage service during events or busy periods Skills Extensive knowledge of cocktail mixing techniques, spirits, wine varieties, craft beer, and beverage recipe development Proficiency with POS systems including Aloha POS and Micros POS for processing transactions efficiently Strong time management skills to handle multiple orders swiftly while maintaining quality standards Exceptional customer service abilities with a friendly, energetic approach that enhances guest satisfaction Experience in fine dining or hospitality industry settings, demonstrating professionalism and attention to detail Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment while adhering to food safety regulations and food handling protocols Basic math skills for cash handling, retail math calculations, and accurate order processing Join us as a Bartender and become an essential part of creating lively, memorable moments for our guests!
