Collaborate with kitchen staff and management to ensure smooth service during busy hours, including banquet or catering events if applicable. Experience Proven experience as a bartender in fine dining or high-volume hospitality settings. Strong knowledge of mixology techniques, spirits, wine varieties, craft beer, and beverage recipe development. Excellent time management skills to handle multiple orders efficiently during peak hours. Previous food service experience including serving, food handling, and cash handling is essential. Knowledge of food safety standards and basic math skills for accurate measurements and transactions. Experience in hospitality industry roles such as restaurant or banquet service enhances your suitability for this position.
