Responsibilities Prepare and serve a wide range of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages, including cocktails, wines, beers, and specialty drinks, ensuring consistency and quality. Manage POS systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS for processing orders, payments, and cash handling efficiently. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area in compliance with food safety standards and sanitation protocols. Develop new beverage recipes and refine existing ones to keep the menu fresh and exciting. Monitor inventory levels of spirits, beers, wines, mixers, and garnishes; assist with stock replenishment as needed. Handle cash transactions accurately while processing payments swiftly during busy service hours. Skills Extensive knowledge of mixology techniques, cocktail recipes, spirits, wine varieties, craft beer brewing processes, and beverage presentation. Proven experience in food service or restaurant environments with a focus on bartending or bar management roles. Strong customer service skills with the ability to engage guests warmly while managing multiple orders efficiently. Familiarity with POS systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS for order entry and payment processing. Excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks during high-volume periods without compromising quality. Experience working in fine dining establishments or nightclubs is highly desirable; banquet or catering experience is a plus. Basic math skills for accurate cash handling, retail math understanding for inventory management, and food safety knowledge to ensure compliance with health standards.
