Job Description

Overview Join our vibrant hospitality team as a Barback and Busser, where your energy and attention to detail will help create an exceptional experience for our guests. In this dynamic role, you'll be the backbone of the bar and dining service, ensuring cleanliness, organization, and smooth operations. Your proactive approach will support our servers, contributing to a lively atmosphere and memorable customer experiences. This paid position offers an exciting opportunity to develop your skills in food and beverage service within a fast-paced environment. Duties Assist by restocking bar supplies, garnishes, glassware, and beverages to ensure seamless service during busy hours Maintain cleanliness of the bar area, including bar cleaning, wiping down surfaces, and organizing tools and ingredients Buss tables efficiently by clearing used dishes, glassware, and trash to keep the dining area tidy and inviting Support food service staff with basic food preparation tasks and ensuring food safety compliance in the venue Handle manual tasks such as heavy lifting of supplies, stock movement, and equipment setup while adhering to safety standards Communicate effectively with team members to coordinate service flow and address guest needs promptly Experience Previous experience in food service or restaurant environments is required; bartending or bar experience is a plus Familiarity with venue beverage service enhances your ability to excel in this role Knowledge of food industry standards related to bar safety compliance and sanitation practices Strong communication skills to collaborate with team members and provide excellent customer service Ability to perform physical tasks including standing for long periods, heavy lifting, manual handling of supplies, and quick movement around the venue Experience with food preparation or kitchen work is advantageous but not required This energetic role invites motivated individuals eager to grow within the hospitality industry. Pay:
$16.00 - $20.00 per hour Expected hours: 24.0 - 30.0 per week
