Job Summary We are seeking a friendly and efficient Bartender/Server to join our dynamic hospitality team. The ideal candidate will excel in providing exceptional customer service in a fast-paced environment, casual dining restaurant, and banquet setting. This role involves preparing and serving beverages and food, managing POS systems, and ensuring guests have a memorable experience. Experience with food safety, food handling, and retail math is preferred to deliver seamless service and uphold our high standards of hospitality. Duties Take and serve beverage and food orders accurately using POS systems. Provide excellent customer service by engaging with guests professionally and efficiently. Manage cash handling, cashiering, and basic math calculations for bills and payments. Assist with setup, breakdown, and cleanup of service areas while maintaining a clean work environment. Manage time effectively during busy shifts to serve multiple tables or bar patrons promptly. Support beverage preparation including brewing or mixing drinks in accordance with standard recipes. Handle guest inquiries about menu items, specials, or event details professionally. Qualifications Excellent customer service skills with the ability to engage guests positively. Ability to work flexible hours including nights; experience in brewing or beverage preparation is a bonus.
