Responsibilities Lead and motivate the bartending team to deliver outstanding service, ensuring consistency and quality in every drink served Develop and refine beverage recipes, including cocktails, wine pairings, and craft beer selections, to enhance the guest experience Oversee daily bar operations, including inventory management, restocking supplies, and maintaining cleanliness standards in compliance with food safety regulations Process cash transactions accurately using POS systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS, while managing cash handling procedures Train new team members on bartending techniques, POS systems, food safety protocols, and customer service expectations Manage guest interactions with professionalism and enthusiasm, ensuring a positive atmosphere that encourages repeat visits Collaborate with kitchen staff to coordinate food and beverage service during events like banquets or special functions Qualifications Proven experience as a bartender with strong mixology skills and cocktail recipe development expertise Prior leadership experience in a bar or restaurant setting, preferably within fine dining or nightlife environments Extensive knowledge of spirits, wine, craft beer, and beverage trends; ability to recommend pairings confidently Proficiency with POS systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS; solid cash handling skills including processing transactions accurately Excellent time management skills to handle high-volume service periods efficiently Strong customer service orientation with the ability to create welcoming environments for diverse clientele Food safety certification and knowledge of proper food handling procedures; experience with banquet or catering service is a plus Ability to work flexible hours including nights, weekends, and holidays in a fast-paced hospitality setting Join our team as a Lead Bartender where your passion for mixology meets leadership!
