Evenings, weekends, live music events, private events, and select off-site events Zenbarn is looking for a dynamic, experienced bartender who thrives in a fast-paced environment and genuinely loves live music, hospitality, and community. This is more than a job pouring drinks. We are looking for someone who can take ownership of the bar, deliver great service during high-volume nights, and help create the welcoming, energetic experience Zenbarn is known for. What You'll Do Provide fast, friendly, and professional service during busy concerts, weddings, private events, and community gatherings Independently prepare, organize, stock, and set up the bar before service Maintain a clean, efficient, and well-organized workspace throughout each shift Create high-quality classic and custom cocktails Learn and confidently discuss our beer, wine, spirits, and specialty drink offerings Monitor inventory, identify low-stock items, and assist with ordering and inventory controls Minimize waste and follow proper portioning, cash-handling, and bar procedures Coordinate and help execute off-site bars, mobile bar rentals, weddings, and special events Assist with breakdown, cleaning, and proper storage after events Work collaboratively with event staff, musicians, production teams, and management Jump in wherever needed to help the team deliver an exceptional guest experience Who We're Looking For The right person is: Comfortable working high-volume bar service without sacrificing hospitality or quality Reliable, organized, self-directed, and able to anticipate what needs to be done Experienced with bar setup, breakdown, inventory, and event preparation Skilled at making cocktails and excited to contribute creative drink ideas Calm, positive, and focused under pressure A strong communicator and supportive team member Willing to hustle, learn, take feedback, and grow with the organization Available for nights, weekends, holidays, and special events Excited about live music and the unique energy of working in a music venue Able to safely lift and move cases, kegs, equipment, and event supplies Previous bartending experience is strongly preferred. Experience with weddings, concerts, catering, mobile bars, or other high-volume events is a major plus. Why Zenbarn?
