Full-Time | $20/hour + tips We're looking for an experienced Bar Lead who loves great cocktails, great food, and genuine hospitality. This is a hands-on leadership role for someone who can craft an exceptional cocktail, lead a busy bar through a packed dinner service, and help bring special events and beverage experiences to life. Our restaurant blends casual fine dining with a fast-paced, energetic atmosphere, plus private events, wine dinners, cocktail experiences, and special events throughout the year. What You'll Do Lead by example behind the bar during fast-paced, high-volume service. Prepare consistently excellent craft and classic cocktails with speed and attention to detail. Help develop seasonal cocktails, house-made ingredients, garnishes, and beverage features. Maintain cocktail recipes, quality standards, and consistent presentation. Train, support, and help develop bartenders and bar support staff. Maintain a clean, organized, stocked, and service-ready bar. Assist with inventory, ordering, pars, waste control, and beverage costs. Work closely with the culinary, service, events, and management teams. Help plan and execute beverage service for private parties, wine dinners, ticketed events, and other special experiences. Bring creativity and fresh ideas to the beverage program while maintaining consistency, efficiency, and profitability. What We're Looking For 3+ years of bartending experience, preferably in a high-volume, quality-driven restaurant or craft cocktail environment. Strong knowledge of spirits, classic and modern cocktails, wine, and beer. Hands-on craft cocktail experience, including syrups, infusions, batching, garnishes, and recipe development. Previous lead or supervisory experience preferred. Excellent hospitality and guest service skills. Organized, dependable, positive, and calm under pressure. Comfortable taking ownership and making decisions during service. Event, wine dinner, or catering experience is a plus. Availability to work evenings, weekends, holidays, and special events.
