This role combines traditional bar and service responsibilities with supporting our indoor golf simulator experience. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced, social environment and enjoys delivering a high-level hospitality experience. Key Responsibilities Provide friendly, attentive service to all guests Take food and beverage orders Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages Maintain a clean, organized bar and service area Open and manage tabs using POS (Square) Assist guests with simulator setup and gameplay Monitor bay activity and check in on guests throughout their visit Handle payments and close out checks accurately Follow all alcohol service laws and ID verification procedures Experience & Qualifications Previous bartending or serving experience Strong communication and customer service skills Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment Knowledge of beer, wine, and cocktails Ability to multitask and stay organized Golf knowledge is preferred Must be at least 21 years old What We're Looking For Positive attitude and team-first mentality Serv Safe Alcohol Certification Reliable and punctual Comfortable engaging with guests and creating a fun atmosphere Interest in golf or sports is a plus (not required)
