The Craftsman American Tavern is seeking a friendly, reliable, and energetic bartender to join our team in Eagle River, WI! You will craft and serve a variety of beverages, provide exceptional customer service, and create a lively, welcoming atmosphere for our guests to keep our patrons coming back. This position offers an exciting opportunity to showcase your skills in a fast-paced environment while contributing to the vibrant culture of our establishment. Responsibilities Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages Engage with guests in a friendly, professional manner to enhance their overall experience Maintain a clean and organized bar area, adhering to food safety and sanitation standards at all times Process transactions accurately using POS systems while handling cash and credit payments efficiently. Qualifications Previous bartending experience preferred but willing to train the right candidate Excellent communication and customer service skills Team player who works well with coworkers Ability to multi-task in a face-paced environment Must be dependable and able to work evenings and weekends as needed Compensation Competitive hourly wage plus earned tips!
