LedgeStone Vineyards is located in Greenleaf, WI and hosts a busy summer of concerts, events, wine/beer tastings and more even into the cooler months. We are hiring for someone that is hard working, personable, quick on their feet and has a passion for wine. Duties Prepare and serve a variety of beverages, including cocktails, beers, wines, and non-alcoholic options, ensuring quality and presentation standards are met. Represent the LSV brand by communicating our products and connecting with the customer Provide exceptional customer service by engaging with guests, answering questions about menu items, and making personalized recommendations to enhance their experience. Maintain cleanliness of the bar and dining areas, adhering to food safety standards and sanitation guidelines. Manage multiple tables or bar stations simultaneously through effective time management and prioritization skills. Roles Server or bartending roles available, will train for both, most staff rotates between the two positions Should be able to work most weekends with rotations Minimum of 2-3 shifts per week Opportunity to cross train at Gnarly Cedar Brewery in Wrightstown Should be able to stand for 5+ hours and lift 50-70 pounds

Pay:

$21.58 - $25.99 per hour
