Duties Prepare and serve a variety of beverages, including cocktails, spirits, wine, and non-alcoholic options, ensuring quality and presentation standards are met. Take accurate food and beverage orders from guests using POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS. Provide exceptional customer service by engaging with guests, answering questions about menu items, and making personalized recommendations to enhance their experience. Process sales transactions efficiently while handling cash, credit cards, and other payment methods accurately. Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards in all service areas, including bar tops, tables, and workstations. Assist with food preparation, bussing tables, and supporting kitchen staff during busy periods to ensure smooth operations. Upsell menu items like specialty drinks or premium spirits to increase sales while promoting a positive dining atmosphere. Skills Excellent customer service skills with the ability to build rapport and handle guest inquiries professionally. Ability to manage time effectively during high-volume shifts while maintaining attention to detail.

Pay:

$12.00 - $15.00 per hour Expected hours: 15.0 - 22.0 per week
