Job Overview We are seeking an energetic and dedicated Fitness Attendant to join our vibrant team. In this role, you will be the friendly face welcoming members and guests, ensuring their safety, providing exceptional guest services, and maintaining the cleanliness and organization of our fitness facilities. Duties Greet members and guests with enthusiasm, providing excellent customer service and assistance as needed Monitor the fitness area to ensure safety protocols are followed and equipment is used properly Enforce safety rules including first aid procedures and conflict management when necessary Maintain cleanliness of the gym area, locker rooms, and surrounding facilities Handle guest inquiries, provide information about programs or services.
