Part time position (28-30 hrs) Wage- starting min wage $18-20 (+ tips) Looking for someone who is available Monday-Friday during the mornings/afternoons Job Overview Join our team as a Bag Room Attendant and play an important role in delivering an exceptional experience for our members and guests. This hands-on position is responsible for the professional handling, storage, and retrieval of members' golf bags and personal belongings, while maintaining a clean, organized, and welcoming bag room and practice area. As a key member of our golf operations team, you will provide attentive, service-focused support before and after each round, helping ensure a seamless and enjoyable club experience. Your positive attitude, reliability, and attention to detail will contribute directly to the high standards of hospitality that define Tualatin Country Club. Duties Greet guests warmly and assist with storing their bags, luggage, or personal items securely in designated areas Manage the golf cart fleet Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bag storage area to ensure safety and efficiency Manage the driving range Assist guests with inquiries about their stored items or directions around the facility Handle cash transactions accurately for any applicable fees or services related to bag storage Collaborate with other team members to coordinate event management activities, especially during busy periods Address guest concerns promptly, resolving conflicts with tact and courtesy to ensure satisfaction Skills Strong customer service skills with an energetic, positive attitude Golf cart experience Experience in events management or hospitality environments Ability to manage conflicts effectively while maintaining professionalism Excellent communication skills, including public speaking and guest interaction Experience with cash handling and point-of-sale systems Experience working with children or in food service/hospitality settings adds value to your candidacy This paid position offers an exciting opportunity to be part of a vibrant team dedicated to delivering exceptional guest experiences.
